scoping of the post - including assistance with job description, person specification, remuneration packages, through benchmarking and research

formulation and production of marketing plan - including design and production of advertising campaign, candidate information website (microsite), PR, designing and hosting recruitment events, etc in conjunction with our advertising and e-recruitment teams

search (also known as “headhunting”) - dedicated search team, who would work to your brief to assist in production of suitable candidate pool - including targeting and encouraging under-represented sections of society, eg BME, women

initial sifting of applications - against agreed competencies, production of report recommending longlist candidates; provision of feedback to unsuccessful candidates, attendance at meeting with client to assist in determining longlist/answer queries, etc

interviews - undertake longlist interviews, always dual interviews with either a further consultant, a technical assessor, or appropriate member of client team; production of reports; attendance with client to assist in determining shortlist; provision of feedback to candidates (successful or otherwise)

final stages - design and administer appropriate final stages of the appointment, including informal Panel meetings for client/candidates, appropriate tours, further assessment, social meetings, provision of questions (and model answers), attendance at final process including final interviews, take up references on clients’ behalf, feedback to client and candidates alike
