Developing a robust and equitable process is the cornerstone of Tribal’s approach to projects. Following best practice procedures, underpinned by adherence to a clear methodology, is just the starting point. We only use assessors who are trained to BPS level B and who have undergone specific training in assessment techniques.
Tribal is not aligned to any particular test publisher and so can select the most appropriate exercises and tools from the market. We are also experienced in designing bespoke, situation-specific exercises that provide opportunities to observe performance in activities that are work-based. This also ensures that that the process reflects the values and culture of the organization, key to the success of any assessment or development activity.
Tribal also has an absolute commitment to working with clients as partners, not just as consultants or service suppliers. When faced with a problem, we like to brainstorm ideas alongside clients in order to find a creative yet practical solution, often encouraging new approaches. Honesty is also crucial and we encourage two-way feedback both formally (through client audits) and informally through meetings and ongoing reviews. Sharing thoughts and opinions leads to a better result for all parties, the client, the participant and Tribal.
